What is CAPE ?
CAPE stands for Customer and Partner Ecosystem Team. It is an exclusive partner enablement program designed to help selected partners sharpen their AI agent practice, package stronger offers, access Microsoft expertise earlier, and take more compelling solutions to market. For FY27, Microsoft has broadened the program beyond Copilot Studio to include Azure AI Foundry Agents, Agent 365, Work IQ, Scout, Cowork, plugins, connectors and related governance, analytics and marketplace capabilities.
Why this matters
This is a strong signal of Microsoft’s confidence in Engage Squared’s capability, reputation and position in the market. This program gives us a more direct line into Microsoft engineering teams allowing us to access pre GA features and roadmaps so we can better advise and guide our customers in this rapidly changing climate. We are also working closely with Microsoft leadership teams to identify opportunities to amplify the work we do like the Cancer Council Genie agent story and the OneSchool Global Assignment Review agent (coming soon) featured on the global Microsoft cases studies hub.
