Melbourne, Australia — July 9, 2021 — Engage Squared today announced it has won the 2021 Australian Microsoft Partner of the Year Award. The company was honoured among a global field of top Microsoft partners for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.
“We are incredibly excited to be named the Australian Microsoft Partner of the Year,” said Stephen Monk, CEO of Engage Squared. “The last 12 months have been challenging for everyone – us included. A key strategy of ours was to double-down our efforts to actively engage and align our work with Microsoft – looking ahead and planning for where the technology and the market would go next. This strategy helped us win new clients, supported our expansion into Western Australia and Asia and, of course, achieve some fantastic outcomes for our clients. This win is testament not only to the hard work of the team at Engage Squared, but also to our continued teamwork with Microsoft.”
The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognise Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered outstanding Microsoft-based solutions during the past year. Awards were classified in various categories, with honourees chosen from a set of more than 4,400 submitted nominations from more than 100 countries worldwide. Engage Squared was recognised for providing outstanding solutions and services in Australia.
In addition to the Australian Partner of the Year win, Engage Squared was also announced as a finalist in the global Modern Workplace for Frontline Workers Award category, which honours partners who have enabled customers to transform their workplace by engaging the frontline workers. The consultancy was recognised for their work with St John WA to help connect office staff and first responders delivering primary healthcare across Western Australia.
“It was very important for us to get key messages out quickly and open lines of two way communication, especially with our frontline staff and volunteers responding to Covid-19. At St John we looked to breakdown silos and fill the gaps in connecting our workforce. Accessibility is important for our workforce which are predominantly mobile, the advantage of Yammer is they can connect easily through their mobile devices across the State” said Christina Blake, Head of Community Engagement, St John WA. “Engage Squared have been an exceptional partner for St John WA, I’m so impressed with the impact they’ve had in a relatively short amount of time. They thoroughly deserve recognition with these awards.”
These achievements highlight Engage Squared’s exceptional work in delivering Microsoft products and services that positively impact customers.
“I am honoured to announce the winners and finalists of the 2021 Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards,” said Rodney Clark, corporate vice president, Global Partner Solutions, Channel Sales and Channel Chief, Microsoft. “These remarkable partners have displayed a deep commitment to building world-class solutions for customers—from cloud-to-edge—and represent some of the best and brightest our ecosystem has to offer.”
