Once your intranet is built, we’ll transition into on demand support where our expert support team will be available for incidents, support requests, problem management and service management.
Throughout the service period, the digital workplace and adoption specialists will be on-hand to answer your questions and guide your team, from content creation to ongoing adoption techniques and plans.
To begin we’ll start with a discovery session to fully understand what your organisation and employees want and need as part of their new intranet. We’ll align the look and feel to your brand and design a solution that meets your needs.
Once your requirements have been identified, we’ll build your new modern SharePoint intranet and be with you through UAT and launch. To ensure your employees are getting the most from your new intranet, we’ll develop a 30 second awareness video curated by one of our adoption specialists to support your launch communication plan.
