The Microsoft SharePoint Online solution, was extended and enhanced to include corporate document approval and management using Power Automate, offering Truis a seamless experience. By getting the right documents, approved by the right people, at the right time, staff at Truis can now easily access their critical documents from a one stop shop.
In addition to the meeting the core requirement to deliver a corporate document and communication solution, the Truis solution delivered the first staff directory. The anywhere, anytime access of Microsoft 365 means that front line workers can now quickly and easily find colleagues while onsite working with clients.
Truis were motivated to launch their intelligent intranet quickly with the entire project progressing at pace – less than 40 days from kick off to launch! It was great working with the Engage Squared. The team to helped us develop and implement the solution that we were after.
