1.1 This competition is organized by Engage Squared.
1.2 This competition is not associated with or endorsed by RIMPA Live 2024.
2.1 The competition is open to attendees of the RIMPA Live 2024 Convention.
2.2 Employees of Engage Squared, their families, and any other persons directly involved with the competition are ineligible to participate.
3.1.1 Prize: One pair of headphones.
3.1.2 Draw Date: The headphones will be drawn on the 5th of September, 2024.
3.1.3 Collection: The winner must be present at the RIMPA Live 2024 Convention to collect the prize. If the winner is not present, the prize will be forfeited, and another draw will take place.
3.1.4 Notification: The winner will be notified via phone call on the 5th of September, 2024.
3.2.1 Prize: One of five free security assessments.
3.2.2 Draw Date: The free security assessments will be drawn on the 9th of September, 2024.
3.2.3 Notification: Winners will be notified via email on the 9th of September, 2024.
3.2.4 Conditions: The free security assessments are subject to terms and conditions provided by Engage Squared and must be redeemed within the specified timeframe provided to the winners.
4.1 No Cash Alternative: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
4.2 Right to Disqualify: Engage Squared reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be violating the terms and conditions of the competition.
4.3 Data Protection: Personal data collected during the course of the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with Engage Squared’s privacy policy.
4.4 Mailing List Subscription: By entering the competition, entrants agree to be subscribed to the Engage Squared mailing list. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the emails.
4.5 Changes to Terms: Engage Squared reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
