Solution

We deployed a conversational Copilot Agent built with Microsoft Copilot Studio to help frontline staff quickly access policy documents using natural language. The assistant searches SharePoint to find the right file, translates it into two agreed languages, and provides simplified summaries to support understanding.

It works across all devices and is embedded in platforms like Microsoft Teams. This means staff can get the information they need quickly, without needing technical knowledge or access to a desktop computer.
